ABOUT ME

I’m a Yoga Alliance Registered Instructor (RYT 200) and I’ve been teaching yoga since 2011. I trained in Toronto, Canada and have taught hundreds of students, in numerous settings, over the years. Until recently I taught yoga at the University of Iowa, but lost that position due to Covid-19. I currently teach entirely online, from my home in Iowa City, Iowa. I share my home with my husband and three small kids, who do occasionally pop into my classes! You can read some of my thoughts at Elephant Journal, BLUNT Moms, and here on my humble little blog.
